Melvin’s banking technology startup in Qatar has become a leader in the market, as have his other technology ventures throughout the Middle East, India, and Canada within oil and gas, banking, and call center sectors.

In addition to big business successes, Melvin has a profound interest in the humanitarian sector, having founded Mathew’s Trust, which supports several non profit organizations in India and provides healthcare and education to rural Indian communities.

Having received his Ph.D. in Nutritional Biology and a minor in Epidemiology, with a designated emphases in International and Community Nutrition from the University of California, Davis, Eric is well versed in matters of designing and evaluating large scale health initiatives. His diverse educational and research background includes 10+ years of research and evaluation experience, including projects focused on sustainable health outcomes and determining performance connected to health, impact, and ROI.

Eric’s track record with US-based research establishments has translated findings into understandable and action oriented deliverables. Eric also applies this knowledge to the humanitarian sector as an active board member of SuperFood Drive, a healthy hunger relief non-profit.

Sachin Kumar

Sachin is an entrepreneurial technologist and founder of the Google Developers Group (GDG) in Doha, Qatar. His application development expertise has led to over 1M App downloads from Google’s Android playstore, and achieved industry first, combining Virtual Reality applications with real time fitness and health data.

Sachin’s expertise ranges extensively from research to finance and investments, virtual reality, augmented reality, wearable technology, mobile application development and he has published a paper in the International Journal of Computer Networks and Communications for “Efficient and Secure Routing Protocol for Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks”. He is also an active mentor for the startups in the region.
